What does this mean?

You are getting this error from Amazon because either your Amazon account is brand new, or your Amazon account has become inactive for some reason.

To resolve this issue please login to your Amazon account and re-submit your credit card information and your banking financial details.

We have observed that this error usually goes away after 1-2 days after re-submitting the financial details to Amazon, which triggers the account to be re-activated.

We found out that sometimes this error occur also for new Amazon Professional Seller account. You should also perform the task above and wait 2 to 3 days to allow Amazon to complete the setup of your new account. Only then will you be able to have a successful export.
