The Dashboard page is a neat way to keep track of what is going on in your stores, It shows the number of sales that occurred in any of your stores, The quantity and the revenue, And general information about all your items including your latest sales and even your bestsellers!


The Inventory page is where the real action happens, Once you have registered it will automatically fill up with all your eBay listings, Here you will be able to view the item general details (price quantity etc.), Their status and to export them.

On the inventory page, you will also be able to view and change the categories, conflicts of the listings, listings permissions that we need for Amazon (like listing permission for specific brands and categories), see the suppressed listings, and check the last actions that you did on your inventory.

Exporting An Item

You probably want to get started and export your items, Well fear not, The exporting process is not a difficult one, All you need to do is press on the fancy "Export To Amazon" Button.

After that the button will be replaced with a progress bar that will indicate the transferring progress of the selected item.

NOTE: This does not require you to wait until it reaches 100%, Once the progress bar has appeared, The item is already on its way to your Amazon store.

The Auto Sync Button

You must be asking yourself by now "What about new items that I list on eBay? "
For that we have created the "Auto Sync" button, This will automatically sync new listings coming from eBay, This feature can be switched on and off at any time necessary. 


If you own more than one marketplace or if you are looking to expand your business to more countries, you can add more Amazon marketplaces on the top left of the page.
NOTE: The information presented on each page is relevant to the specific marketplace you are on.


On the inventory page, the search bar is a useful tool to navigating your store, you can find any item that you have in your store by its title (or part of it) its SKU 


The 'Status' Menu helps you watch specific items that are in different type of statuses.
There are 5 statuses:
All: No filters
Listed: All items that were successfully transferred to Amazon
In Process: Send to Amazon, On its way.
Not Listed: All items that are not transferred to Amazon
Asin Match Required: Every type of item has his own unique Asin number, two different books from the same seller will have two different Asins, but the same book between two different sellers will share the same Asin if you have any item that is in "Asin Match Required" this will require you matching it with its Amazon counterpart. 


The 'Activity' Menu helps you watch specific items that are in different type of activity statuses.
There are 5 activity statuses:
All: No filters.
Synced: All items that were successfully Synced with Amazon.
Ready To Export: Waiting to be exported.
In Process: Send to Amazon, On its way.
Can't Export: Unable to be synced with Amazon due to an error.
NOTE: If you will hover your mouse over the '?' it will show the reason that the item wasn't able to be synced.


ASIN: Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs) are unique blocks of 10 letters and/or numbers that identify items. You can find the ASIN on the item's product information page at For books, the ASIN is the same as the ISBN number, but for all other products a new ASIN is created when the item is uploaded to our catalogue.
NOTE: If you will press on the Asin under an item, it will redirect you to the item page
UPC: Universal Product Code (UPC) is a 12-digit bar code used extensively for retail packaging in United States.
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit, A "SKU" is for your use. It helps control inventory. You can choose any name or code you want to be your sku. Maybe you want to indicate where the item is stored, or when you purchased the item... it is up to you, but one you pick a code, it can't be changed. If you leave it blank, Amazon will assign some random letters and numbers.

Bulk Actions

Exporting each item manually can be a tedious job, Our system offers a way to do this task using bulk action.
This task can be done with filters (eg. 'Status', 'Activity')
Or it can be done by selecting specific items (check the small box at the beginning of the row.
After you have selected the items that you would like to transfer/sync, press on the "Action On X Items" box, this will allow you to clear the filters or clear the selection or sync the selected items 

After you have pressed on 'Sync' a small box will appear

Export: Export items. Sends all information for new listings.
Remove Item:
Remove the items that the system listed on Amazon. (the item will be deleted on Amazon site ONLY)
Update Quantity:
 Sends quantity information for an existing item.
Update Pricing:
Sends pricing information for an existing item.
Update Quantity and Pricing:
Update the quantity and pricing at the same time for an existing item.
Refresh Images: Refresh the image for an existing item.
Refresh Items: Refresh the item on Amazon.
Fix Incorrect Amazon Match: Sometimes Amazon is doing incorrect match, meaning matching the item into different item. By clicking this option, the incorrect match will be fix.
Relist: Deletes and relists the items on Amazon
After you have selected the required action press:
Sync Selected X Item: For items you have checked
Sync By Criteria X Items: For all items in the filter you choose.
NOTE: if you haven't use any filter, by default the system will sync ALL your items

Not Listed VS Not synced

When an item is not listed it means that the item is not in amazon
When an item is not synced it means that in the last check up.


The settings page enables you to control certain aspects of your store that you want while transferring items to Amazon. Under Settings you can see there "Adjusment Rules" and "Store Settings". You will mostly use the store settings, the adjustment rules is only applicable for our integrators.


As we already mentioned, Amazon requires unique SKU's to each item, But eBay does not require this, because of this there might be a situation that two or more items share the same SKU, our system handles this and changes the SKU both on eBay and on Amazon
NOTE: Turning this button off might result in certain items not being transferred due to a duplicated SKU error.

Run Sync

The 'Run Sync' button is the main controller of your store, Turning this off will result in a complete halt in all transferring items and synchronization.

Quantity Sync

The 'Quantity Sync' button controls the Quantity synchronization.

Pricing Sync

The 'Pricing Sync' button controls the Pricing synchronization.

Closed Item Sync

The 'Closed Item Sync' button controls the synchronization between items that are closed due to a sale or self close in either store.

Global Settings

Global Settings Allow you to personally customize your store as you see fit (or because Amazon is giving you a hard time about some insignificant details) 

Remove text from description

Amazon Description system is way stricter than the system on eBay, for one thing, they limit the number of characters to just 2000 characters, this might lead you to try and make the description briefer than what you had, or if you just want to remove a piece that might not be clear out of context.
Just enter the text\s you wish to remove and our system will do the rest.
NOTE: You can enter more that one text.

Start Description Pattern

You might want your Description to start with a specific piece of information like "Used - like new" or "Made in the USA".

End Description Pattern

Because of the character limit, you can never be sure that all necessary information will be included, You can setup a text that will always be added to the end of all descriptions.

Default Search Terms

Search Terms are a list of phrases that are linked to your items when performing a search on Amazon. For example, If you are selling car parts, you would want all your items to be linked to the phrase "car" so even though you do not have the word "car" in the title, people will still come across your items.  

Default Amazon Manufacturer

Part of Amazon information requirements is the item manufacturer.
NOTE: This field is not for the brand

Default Amazon Brand

For registered brands, You want all items going to Amazon to carry your private brand name, No matter what was written in eBay, Just type in the exact brand.

Increase Pricing By Percentage

Sometimes the cost of selling on Amazon is to high, so you want it to be added to the buyers bill, You can increase the price of all items going through our system by a fixed percent.


In this page you can choose the most suitable plan that will work best with your items.
